Terms & Conditions

1) RENTAL AGREEMENT:

The Renter confirms hereby that before taking delivery of the Bike, has examined it and found it without any defects, except for those referred to in the present Agreement.

2) SAFETY, HELMET & AGE: 

• The driver must drive on the right side of the road.
• Helmets are compulsory by law.
• The minimum age limit is 21 years old.

3) OUR PRICES INCLUDE:

• Free helmets
• Third party insurance.
• Roadside assistance.
• Our team’s support.
• Unlimited kilometers.
• Certified Helmets.
• Extra top box.
• All taxes.

4) DRIVING LICENSE: 

• National driving licenses from EU and UK are accepted. (including Norway, Iceland, N. Ireland, Switzerland & Liechtenstein)
• For guests from the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand International Driving Permit (IDP) is mandatory.
• For countries that have signed the Vienna Convention, the International driving Permit (IDP) is not mandatory.

A)Only card-type National Driving License:

Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bahamas, Bahrain, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Central African Republic, Chile, Costa Rica, Côte d’Ivoire, Cuba, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Ecuador, Georgia, Ghana, Guyana, Holy See, Indonesia, Iran (Islamic Republic of), Iraq, Israel, Kazakhstan, Kenya, Kuwait, Kyrgyzstan, Liberia, Mexico, Monaco, Mongolia, Montenegro, Morocco, Niger,Pakistan, Peru, Philippines, Qatar, Republic of Korea, Republic of Moldova, Russian Federation, San Marino, Saudi Arabia, Senegal, Serbia, Seychelles, South Africa, Tajikistan, Thailand, North Macedonia, Tunisia, Turkey, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, Uruguay, Uzbekistan, Venezuela (Bolivarian Republic of), Vietnam, Zimbabwe.

B)Both National AND International Driving License:

 All other countries.

5) PAYMENT, RESERVATION METHOD AND TAXES:

• Payment Online during reservation by credit/debit card.
• Payment By cash or card for rentals directly from our physical offices.
• Reservation via our website.
• Reservation Via e-mail, phone call or WhatsApp or Viber.
• Reservation Directly at our physical offices.
• All prices include 24% VAT.

6) INSURANCE, FINES AND INFRINGEMENTS: 

• All fines and administrative penalties occurring under the driver’s responsibility are fully charged to the renter.
• All of our vehicles are covered by third-party insurance, thus, In case of any damage to the Bike or loss or fire to the Bike, the client is responsible and will be charged for any damage done to the Bike, including wheels, Tyres and the rental fee for the days the Bike will be in the garage being fixed.

7) RESTRICTIONS

It is forbidden:

• For anyone to drive the Bike except for the client or clients who have signed the agreement.
• To drive on the beach or dirt or stoney roads or tracks.
• To have more than two people on a Bike.
• To drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• To use the Bike for racing or to drive dangerously.
• To take the Bike out of the island.
• The breach of the above terms will result in the immediate withdrawal of the Scooter, without any compensation! Also, a fine will be paid up to 235 Euros.

8) ADDITIONAL DRIVER AND KEYS LOSS:

•  A second driver is free of charge.
•  In case of loss or damage of Bike keys, the renter is liable for their replacement cost.

9) ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE:

•  Roadside assistance is provided free of charge with a 24/7 service. 
•  Contact details of the roadside assistance are stated in the rental contract.

 10) SCOOTER PICK-UP/ DROP OFF:

•   Picking up and dropping off the rented Bike is free of charge up to 10km from our office at the airport and port. 
•   In case of a pick-up or drop off at another point of preference additional charges may apply. 
•   The fee for picking up or dropping off the scooter after hours of operation is € 25.

11) JURISDICTION:

• In case of differences between the contract parties of this agreement then Corfu Courts have full jurisdiction.

INSURANCE POLICY

COLLISION DAMAGE WAIVER (CDW): 

The renter’s liability for any damage caused to the rental vehicle is limited to € 450 provided they accept and sign the relevant terms of the company contract. This weaver applies in every occasion unless the damage is proven to be due to a violation of the Greek Road Traffic Code.

FIRE INSURANCE: 

This is included in all types of insurance, provided that negligence or performance of illegal activities of any kind does not apply.

USE OF BIKE INSURANCE:

 All types of insurance coverage and weaver are valid provided that the renter has complied with all terms and conditions. The renter is not covered by any of the above types of insurance and is obliged to pay repair costs of any damage caused, on the occasion the latter concerns any of the following:

• Damages caused with intent or by negligence.
• Damages caused by incorrect use of fuel.
• Damages caused to the bottom and tires of the Bike.
• Damages caused by non-compliance with the Greek Road Traffic Code.
